We celebrated our 40th anniversary during the 2022-23 school year! With strong local support, LAEF has granted more than $56 million to the Los Altos School District since 1982, enabling the high-quality education we expect for our students.

With an initial goal to fund classroom supplies like maps and globes, LAEF's grants have grown and evolved over the years to fund critical teachers and staff across a variety of subjects, enabling a well-rounded education. We are profoundly grateful to all those who have volunteered and supported the foundation over the last 40 years.
